Guidelines on Regulation of Markets

These Guidelines seek to provide a better understanding of how the SC will administer the law in relation to electronic facilities and when an operator of an electronic facility may register its electronic facility as a "registered electronic facility" for the purposes of section 34 of the CMSA.
