In November 2018, the SC unveiled P2P
Project Castor – a pilot project to
explore the usage of Distributed
Ledger Technology (DLT) in the 28%
regulated capital market space. This General
has culminated in an industry blueprint
entitled Capital Market Architecture
Blueprint in a Decentralised World.
